This page explains in plain language what data the site receives, what it is used for and how you can control it.
1. Who is responsible for your data
This site belongs to interior designer Nadezhda Pashkevich. I decide why and how the data you leave on the site is processed.

2. What data I receive
I receive data only when you choose to send a request through the form on the site:
- your name
- your phone number
- the city where the property is located
- the area and type of the property
- the text of your message, if you added one
The site language and the page the request was sent from are saved together with it. Your IP address is used only to protect the form from automated spam and is not linked to your request.
I do not ask for or collect passport details, payment details or any other special categories of data.
3. Why this data is needed
To contact you about your request, discuss the brief and prepare a preliminary estimate for the project.
I do not use this data for marketing mailings. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form.
4. Where and how long data is stored
Requests are kept in a protected database that only I can access.
The site and the database are hosted by cloud providers; their servers may be located outside your country.
I keep a request for as long as it is needed to communicate about it, and delete it whenever you ask.
5. Who the data is shared with
I do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for advertising.
It can be accessed only by technical providers — hosting, the database and the spam-protection service — to the extent needed to run the site, and by public authorities where the law expressly requires it.
6. Cookies and analytics
The site has no advertising trackers and no social-network pixels.
Only essential cookies are used:
- a language cookie — remembers the site language you chose
- an administrator session cookie — created only when signing in to the admin panel and not relevant to visitors
Embedded videos are loaded from the websites of the respective video services; when you play them, those services may use their own cookies under their own rules.
7. Your rights
At any time you can:
- find out what data about you is stored
- ask to have it corrected or deleted
- withdraw your consent to the processing of your data
To do so, write to hello@example.com. I will reply within 10 working days.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can contact the data-protection authority in your country.

This text may be updated. The current version is always on this page, and the date of the last update is stated at the top.
