This is a preliminary estimate, not an offer. The exact price depends on the condition of the property and the scope of work, and is fixed in the contract.
what is included
Each service is a separate stage of work on the interior. They can be ordered together or separately; the scope and terms are in the cards below.
The stages follow one another, and at each of them you see the result before we move on.
We talk through your way of living, wishes, budget and timing. I then set out the task and the scope of work in the contract.
I measure and photograph the space and propose layout options with furniture placement.
I bring together the style, palette and materials and show the future interior in visualisations.
I prepare the set of drawings for the builders: plans, elevations, electrics, plumbing, details.
I select finishes, furniture, lighting and decor, draw up the schedules and accompany the purchases.
I make sure the build follows the design, answer the builders' questions and approve substitutions.
